Appointments & Cancellations
Late Arrivals & No Shows

We request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments represent a significant loss for our small business and may result in a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

Timing is critical for 1-to-1 grooming. Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to complete the groom, and the full appointment fee will still apply.

Health & Vaccinations
Behaviour & Safety

For the safety of all pets, dogs must be in good health and up-to-date with vaccinations. Please inform us of any medical conditions. If fleas are identified during a groom, a mandatory fee is applied for salon sanitisation and treatment.

Welfare is our priority. If a dog becomes excessively stressed or aggressive, we reserve the right to stop the groom for the safety of both the pet and the groomer. Owners must provide accurate information regarding their dog's temperament.

Coats & Matting
Puppies & Senior Dogs

We adhere to a 'welfare over vanity' policy. Severely matted coats cause discomfort and pain; in such cases, we will clip the coat short to start fresh. Matting carries additional risks and requires extra time, incurring a surcharge.

Grooming for puppies and seniors is paced to their needs. Puppy introductions focus on building trust through positive exposure, while senior sessions prioritize mobility and comfort, often requiring more frequent breaks during the service.

Terms & Conditions

Our grooming services are conducted with your dog's welfare as our absolute priority. We strive to provide the best possible outcome for every dog; however, results are naturally dependent on the initial coat condition and the individual behaviour of your pet. By booking, the owner accepts full responsibility for providing accurate and up-to-date health and behaviour information to ensure a safe and successful session.
